1 General Provisions

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

3.1 Age Verification Process

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is applicable only once per individual, per household, per device, or per IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the bonus validity period, the bonus will be cancelled.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

dk132 believes in fair play. The outcome of every game is determined through an impartial and tested system.

6.1 Technical Errors

If any transaction or game outcome is affected by a technical error or system malfunction, dk132 reserves the right to cancel that transaction. In such cases, the actual amount wagered will be refunded, but any winnings displayed as a result of the error will not be considered valid.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute over a game outcome, the support team must be contacted within 72 hours of logging into the account. dk132 will review all available records and issue a decision, which will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk132 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Placing artificial bets or colluding for the purpose of obtaining bonuses or promotions
• Using any software, bots, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to operate games
• Intentionally exploiting any system error or vulnerability
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Using a third party's account or renting out your account
• Acting fraudulently towards dk132 staff or attempting to collect their personal information
• Attempting fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes

8 Responsible Gaming

11.1 Process After Account Closure

If an account is closed for any reason other than a breach of terms, the balance remaining in the account will be refunded, but bonus funds will not be refunded. In the case of a breach of terms, all bonus winnings may be cancelled.
